		Product Prices "Standard Resellers" receive a discount of 20% on List Prices. For "Certified Resellers" there is a discount of 50% and for "Distributors" there is a discount of 60%. Training Any new system needs a little guidance but our training is organised to you get up to speed in the shortest time period. We also cover the 'what if' from the field.

		Support Chat support is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm CET. Tickets available 24/7. Monday to Friday answering support tickets does not take more then 2 hours. Comprehensive documentation

To become a reseller you must complete following steps:

• Open an account on our web site
  
• Submit the reseller application request support ticket with subject "Reseller Application" to our customer services department.
  
• Upon approval of your application you are required to select one of the annual reseller support contracts and receive Priority Support. For more details on what is provided for each level please see Support Services.

Co-Branding of Software and Marketing Material.

Certified Distributor :
Qualification : Purchase of 20 of each hardware unit, Three Days onsite training and signing off by Bicom Systems Trainer.
Annual Support Contract of 3500/year or 10% of value of goods.

Receives: 60% Discount on Hardware & Software and unlimited tickets & online chat for support.
Certified Distributor will provide training & support directly to Reseller Base.


Distributor :
Qualification : Purchase of 20 of each hardware unit, Three Days onsite training and signing off by Bicom Systems Trainer.

Receives 60% Discount on Hardware & Software & 20% Discount on Support Packages Sold. Support provided directly by Bicom Systems to resellers.

There is no fee to sign-up.

Each reseller & distributor contract is subject to the following terms:

• No sign-up fee, simply request that the reseller subscribe to the annual support contract
  
• Reseller Discount once achieved is for all licences purchased
• Additional discount depends on the number of units you order as per the above table
• Delivery of the licence is subject to receipt of monies
