Bicom Systems announces Strategic Partnership with Telappliant

Company Demonstrates its strategy of working with an established Internet Telephony Solution Provider to deliver enterprise class call management solutions direct to market.

London, UK, 29th June 2005. Bicom Systems, a specialist developer of Internet Telephony solutions that work with Asterisk ™ Software, announced today that it has partnered with Telappliant to deliver optimised IP PBX solutions for the UK and Irish markets. This agreement confirms Bicom Systems' strategy of working with established distribution channels to achieve fastest routes to market.

Telappliant in collaboration with Bicom Systems has launched its latest Hybrid Traditional PSTN/IP-based Private Branch Exchange (IP PBX) solution called VoIPOffice™. VoIPOffice™ provides a far broader range of features than traditional office phone systems, and also reduces both PBX implementation costs compared to Traditional PBXs and phone bills through the use of VoIP calling. In addition to standard office phone features, Telappliant's VoIPOffice™ provides advanced features such as least cost call routing, voice mail, call queuing (ACD), Automated Attendant, interactive voice response, call conferencing. It also supports features unique to VoIP-enabled systems such as video conferencing, web collaboration, call recording and the seamless integration of geographically remote telephone extensions.
