South East Europe Region establishes a dedicated presence for Professional Open Standards Turnkey Telephony

London, UK – Athens, GREECE, 17 September 2009.  Bicom Systems, the creators of Professional Open Standards Turnkey Telephony Systems announced today that it has partnered with First Telecom of Greece to deliver optimised IP PBX solutions for the South East Europe markets. This agreement confirms Bicom Systems’ strategy of concentrating on its software and systems while working with established distribution channels with local knowledge and presence to achieve the fastest and furthest routes to market.

First Telecom has over 12 years of experience throughout the Balkans in Telephony and using Open Standards Hardware and Software to reduce costs for customers and, more importantly, to increase flexibility. Customers include governments, non-profit organizations and enterprises.

Although an established supplier of quality solutions where often no other could provide, First Telecom wanted to provide their customers with yea little bit more. In Bicom Systems’ PBXware, First Telecom found all they were familiar with, but in a Turnkey format. PBXware maintains the flexibility of Open Standards but is delivered as a professional and guaranteed to work product.  PBXware uses experiences from thousands of companies around the world to continuously improve the Turnkey Distribution for existing and future customers

Since its founding, Bicom Systems has sought to make the highest quality products available to the widest market without losing the flexibility of Open Standards.
