Necor was recently chosen to provide the communication service to the Electoral Commission of Zambia during an important election. They turned to Bicom Systems for a suitable platform and Bicom Systems provided PBXware Call Center PBX. Yealink manufactered and supplied the T20P telephones that were installed with the system. Yealink was an important resource during the installation and configuration of the new system in Zambia.

Necor now has the opportunity to bring the communication industry of Zambia up to speed and permanently raise expectations of reliability and quality. Bicom Systems will now work ever more closely with Necor to make this reality and wishes to use the template being structure to expand throughout Southern Africa.
