Full screen view

Application can be set to full screen view usually used in environment where large LCD is used in call centre organizations.
Monitor slide show
 Queues monitoring can be set to slide show, as well as slide show interval in seconds.
Queue monitoring permissions
Queue monitoring permissions resctricts per user which queue it can monitor.
Total calls
 Displays number total of calls received during ongoing working day.
Answered calls
 Displays number total o answered calls during ongoing working day.
Agents busy
 Displays number total of agents currently busy.
Agents idle
 Displays number total of agents currently not busy waiting for an incoming call.
Agents not ready
 Displays number total of agents logged in but not ready currently to accept any incoming call.
Calls waiting
 Displays number total of calls waiting in queue to be answered by next free agent.
Manager output
Manager system out put is useful tool for troubleshooting and debugging. This option i designed for administrators.
Color treshold
 Used to define which color should be used for a particular event in case when number is higher than zero.
