Show queues
Select all or particular queues to be shown.
Show agents
Select all or particular agent(s)to be monitored.
Agent name
Shows agent name.
Extension number
Shows agent's extension number.
State
Shows agent current status, e.g. "Not Read", "Idle" or "Talking".
Caller ID
Shows caller ID, number dialing the queue.
Time in state
Shows agent's time in current call.
Waiting caller
Shows total number of callers waiting in a particular queue.
Agents logged in
Shows total number of agents currently logged in to a particular queue.
Agents on a call
Shows total number of agents currently on a call.
Agents idle
Shows total number of agents currently idle.
Agents not logged
Shows total number of agents not logged in a particular queue from the total number of agents assigned to that queue.
Agents not ready
Shows total number of agents not ready to receive an incoming call.
