To backup the system from your browser interface:

• Login to the system administration
  
• Navigate to 'Site Settings:Backup'
• Set 'Backup type'='Auto'
• Set 'Backup at'='12:00' (set preferred time here)
• Set 'Replace previous day'='Yes'
• Click on 'Save changes'
• Backup files will be saved at a set time under '/home/servers/backup' directory
