If having problems with a voicemail to email delivery:
- Login to the system interface
- Navigate to 'Extensions' and edit the preferred Extension
- Set 'Attach'='Yes'
- Click on the 'Save' button
If the above does not solve the problem:
- Login to the system shell as a root user
- Execute 'cd /home/servers/pbxware'
- Execute 'chroot pw'
- Execute 'mailq'
- If output displays recent email messages:
- In the system interface, navigate to 'Settings: Voicemail'
- Set 'Mail command'='/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -f $MAILADDRESS' (where $MAILADDRESS is a mail address used to set from where mail is sent e.g. 'bicom@bicomsystems.com')
- Click on the 'Save' button
