[Installation]

• Download the latest version of gloCOM from the Bicom Systems website
• Start the installation by double clicking on the downloaded file
• Provide the necessary information required by the installation wizard (such as user information, installation location, etc.)

[Licensing]

• After a successful installation, start the gloCOM
• When starting gloCOM for the first time, you'll be asked for a license key. Please contact your Bicom Systems account manager and request a gloCOM license if you do not have one already.

[First start]

• After providing a license key, a gloCOM login window will appear. You will be required to create a new 'Session' in order to connect gloCOM to a PBXware.
• Click on the 'Create new Session' button
• Under 'Service Provider' settings, please provide the following details:

• 'Server Hostname/IP Address' = PBXware IP address or da domain name
• 'Username' = PBXware daemon username ()
• 'Password' = PBXware daemon password ()

• In order to connect gloCOM to PBXware, you have to create an IAX extension on PBXware, this will be used by gloCOM
• The created extension details provide to gloCOM 'Account' window
• 'Display name' = A custom name assigned to extension
• 'Extension' = PBXware IAX extension number
• 'Username' = PBXware IAX extension number
• 'Password' = PBXware IAX extension secret

• Once the PBXware and IAX extension details have been provided, click on the 'Sign In' button
• If the provided details are correct, you should be looking at the main gloCOM window displaying a softphone on the left and available PBXware extensions on the right hand side
