If your newly created IVR Tree doesn't accept digits pressed while playing a sound, you need to:

1. Edit the IVR Tree in question
2. Click on Play sound action
3. Click on the Accept DTMF tones checkbox to tell the system to accept digits while sound is playing
4. Save the IVR Tree
