Sales Development Representative

Bicom Systems was founded in 2004 and employs over 60 people across the world. The company has been employing in Saint John, NB for over three years. Bicom Systems manufactures, distributes and supports communications software to SMBs, Call Centers and above all – Service Providers.

Location: Hilyard Place, 560-580 Main Street, Saint John, NB.

Critical Skills: 

  • Reads and writes English fluently
  • Warm friendly personality
  • High School diploma
  • Outgoing
  • Comfortable making cold calls
  • Works well with a team and independently
  • Works well with very little supervision
  • Takes direction and is willing to learn

Desirable Skills: 

  • Understanding of Telephony systems
  • Existing Experience with Software/Telecommunications Company
  • Additional Languages (French, Spanish)

Responsibilities : Finding new businesses. Primarily responsible for outbound generation of leads (including calling and emailing potential customers) to generate new appointments, then passing them off to the Account Managers and following up with them.

Experience Level : All reasonable offers from New Graduates to 10+ years of work experience would be considered.

Remuneration : $14- $16 per hour plus commission

Travel : Possible opportunity

Reporting to : Sales Development Manager
