Senior Support Engineer

Bicom Systems was founded in 2004. and employs over 60 people across the world. The company has been employing in Tuzla, BiH for over 15 years. Bicom Systems manufactures, distributes and supports communications software to SMBs, Call Centers and above all – Service Providers.

Location: Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Critical skills:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer or similar role;
  • Experience in hardware and software installation;
  • Knowledge of Linux OS and IP networks;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in IT;
  • Voice over IP;
  • Certification in Linux, Cisco or similar technologies.


  • Providing technical support to Bicom Systems customers via e-mail, live chat and phone;
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions;
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration;
  • Ensure proper implementation in production environments;
  • Perform remote installation on customers hardware;
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

Experience level: 2 years.
