- Login to the system administration
- Navigate to 'Settings: UAD'
- Click on 'Edit' next to your UAD/Phone type
- Set 'Status'='active'
- Click on 'Save'
- Navigate to 'Extensions'
- Click on 'Add Extension'
- Click on 'Advanced Options'
- Click on 'Multi Extensions'
- Click on 'Browse' and select a .csv file from your computer
- Click on 'Open'
- Click on 'Upload' (the button with a green arrow on it)
- Click on 'Next'
NOTE: .csv file should be in the following format (Full name, E-mail, Extension number, Secret, PIN, MAC - optional)

Joanna Cox,joanna@domain.com,1001
