There are two ways of transferring calls from the UAD/telephone
Blind Transfer
By hitting the 'Blind Xfer' from phone (such as Cisco 79xx) or similar
By using '# + $EXTENSION' number while talking
Attendant Transfer
By telephone (such as Cisco79xx): While talking, press 'Transfer', dial the extension number and press the 'Dial' button. After the other party agrees,press 'Transfer' again and the call will be transferred. The person that waits during the confirmation process listens to the Music on Hold sound files
By using option '*2' (which can becustomized). Once you agree that the transferee will accept the call,you finish the transfer process by hanging up the call. If thetransferee will not accept the call, the transferee willhangup the device or you press '*0' ( can be customized as well)
