1. Login to the system administration. 2. Navigate to Settings: UAD. 3. Click on the "Add User Agent" button. 4. From the "Protocol" dropdown menu select: "sip", "iax", "mgcp" or "zaptel". 5. Enter the user agent name into the "Device name" field. 6. Finish configuring the new user agent by selecting the appropriate options. 7. Click on the "Save" button.
