Voice messages can be sent to the other extension voice inbox by pressing 5 from the advanced menu. To enable the send voicemail option: 1. Login to the system administration. 2. Navigate to 'Settings: Voicemail'. 3. Under the 'Advanced Features' group there is a 'Allow Review Mode' option. 4. Select 'Yes' to enable this option and click the 'Save' button.
