The date and time that the voice message was sent is played in the Timezone option. The custom format of the user time zone is 'Country/City|Options'. To define your custom timezone: 1. Login to the system administration. 2. Navigate to 'Settings: Voicemail'. 3. Under the 'Advanced Features' group there is a 'Timezone' option. 4. Enter a timezone (Country/City|Options). Timezone Options: • | 'filename' filename of a soundfile (single ticks around the filename required) |

• | A or a Day of week (Saturday, Sunday, ...) |
