To delete the custom voicemail greeting message (Extension 1000 for example):
SELF CARE:
- Login to Self Care
- Navigate to 'Settings: Voicemail'
- Set 'Reset Busy Message='Yes' or 'Reset Unavailable Message'='Yes' depending on which 'Greeting message' is set
- Click on the 'Save' button
- The system will delete the custom greeting message and revert to a default greeting message in the English language.
ADMINISTRATION:
- Login to Administration
- Navigate to 'Extensions'
- Edit Extension 1000
- Click on 'Advanced Options'
- Set 'Reset Busy Message='Yes' or 'Reset Unavailable Message'='Yes' depending on which 'Greeting message' is set
- Click on the 'Save' button
- The system will delete the custom greeting message and revert to a default greeting message in the English language.
