When experiencing the high/low sound volume for calls received over Zaptel trunks:
- Login to the system administration
- Navigate to 'Trunks'
- Edit the Zaptel trunk
- Click on the 'Advanced Options'
- Set 'RX Gain'='2' for example to boost incoming signal by 2dB (decibels)
- Set 'TX Gain'='1' for example to boost outgoing signal by 1dB (decibels)
- Click on the 'Save' button
- Click on the 'Restart' button
