When emailing CDR records and getting the 'ERR: Email not sent' message:

  • Login to the system administration
  • Navigate to 'Settings: Servers: Edit
  • Set 'Server Name' to resolvable DNS name (e.g. bicomsystems.com) or IP address (213.111.234.455)
