When phone calls are not connecting properly to i.e. UK or Spanish numbers: 

In order to troubleshoot this issue please follow these steps:

1. Call reported number and confirm that call is or is not terminating properly. 
2. If the call is not terminated properly, collect all necessary information about that call (date/time, CLIR report from PBXware, SIP trace - if possible).
3. Submit ticket to Bicom and provide all gathered data.
4. Bicom Systems technical support will take over from this point.
