In order to troubleshoot this issue please follow these steps.

1. If they are experiencing call quality issues, collect all necessary information about that call (date/time, CLIR report from PBXware, SIP trace - if possible).
2. Submit ticket to Bicom and provide all gathered data.
3. Bicom Systems technical support will take over from this point.
