gloCOM is a global “communicator” desktop application. CRM Integration
gloCOM 4.0 is compatible with several Customer Relationship Management solutions like Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho, and Zendesk.
Pause Recording (PCI)
Pause call recording at any point during a conversation with gloCOM 4.0. This is useful in cases where the customer has to provide personal information.
Multiple Departments
Set up extension as a member of multiple departments. Multiple departments can be uploaded via CSV when creating new extensions and modified via API.
Paging
Use gloCOM 4.0 to page extensions on your PBXware system.
Fax Cover Page
Set up a Fax cover page that will be sent out whenever users send faxes via gloCOM.
Agent Pause Reason Codes
Use presets created on PBXware to announce pause reason for call center agents.
