DOMINICAN REPUBLIC (21 MAY 2012) – Bicom Systems has partenered with RepSol – a communications service provider – in order to create and install new communication systems for local businesses in the Dominican Republic.
In this particular case, Bicom Systems and RepSol worked together to serve KFC – an international chain of restaurants that has become popular in the Dominican Republic. Using Bicom Systems’ PBXware in both the Call Center and Business editions, RepSol integrated all 15 branches of KFC in the Dominican Republic, allowing for more effective and affordable internal communication. The process for delivery orders was also streamlined in an IVR, leaving KFC customers and employees happy. This process can be applied to many different businesses, bringing communication in the Dominican Republic up to modern standards.
