Telecoms Expert Finds Professional Support without the Hassle

With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and VoIP industry, John became a 3CX partner 10 years ago when 3CX entered the industry. Tired of jumping through many ‘hoops’, John found an easier way to support his customers with Bicom Systems.

John Tinning’s professional life has been dedicated to technology and IT companies. The frustrations of dealing with poor support are what drove John to launch his own company. In the beginning, life with 3CX was seamless until John received one phone call that made him question 3CXs business ethics. They threatened to contact Next Generations clients directly if they did not start meeting sales targets. Although this tactic left a bad taste in Johns’ mouth, he thought making the switch to a new reseller would be time consuming and expensive.

John feared the change of switching vendors and the unfamiliarity of moving to the ‘Cloud’ vs hosting on premise. However, he was shocked by how easy and smooth the transition was. One day of comprehensive, yet quick training and a weekend to familiarize himself with the system and John was ready to serve his customers.
